ReadSprout helps parents and guardians understand how well picturebook content fits a child's current reading profile. It provides reading-decision support, not developmental, psychological, medical, or educational diagnosis.

Guardian responsibility
This tool should be used by adults. Make final reading decisions based on the child's real context, family values, and any professional guidance. Do not enter a child's real name, contact details, school details, or other unnecessary personal information.
Uploaded content
Only upload or paste picturebook images, OCR text, or summaries that you are allowed to process. Uploaded content is used to generate the current assessment report and can be deleted under the current anonymous session.
AI output limits
AI assessment may miss context, make mistakes, or depend on input quality. Limited evidence, non-picturebook content, or sensitive themes reduce report confidence. Do not use the score as the only basis for a decision.

The site may include sponsored links marked as AD. Third-party advertising content is provided externally; review any third-party site's own risks, terms, and privacy practices.
